Who we are
Rainstone Haven Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
Contact us about this notice at hello@rainstonehaven.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you submit. We do not use third-party trackers, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell any data.
Why we collect it
Enquiry data is used solely to reply to the enquiry you have made. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is Article 6(1)(b) — necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — and, where no contract follows, our legitimate interest in responding to the people who contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted unless we are required to keep it for a specific legal reason (for example, if the enquiry led to a tenancy or management agreement).
Who processes it on our behalf
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the UK (London region). Form submissions are processed by an AWS Lambda function and delivered to our inbox via Amazon Simple Email Service (also UK region). No enquiry data leaves the UK.
Cookies
This site uses one strictly-necessary cookie set by Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. No consent is required for strictly-necessary cookies under UK PECR, and we do not set any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to send you a copy. Email us at hello@rainstonehaven.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
